잡지 등 정기간행물의 진흥에 관한 법률 제21조(외국자금의 출자)

정기간행물을 발행하거나 발행하고자 하는 자가 외국인 또는 외국의 법인이나 단체로부터 재산의 출자를 받을 때에는 「외국인투자 촉진법」 제5조에 따라 산업통상부장관에게 신고한 사실을 입증하는 서류를 신고한 날부터 15일 이내 또는 정기간행물의 등록신청 또는 신고 시에 등록ㆍ신고관청에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.1.27, 2025.10.1>
