장애인복지법 시행령 제17조(감면대상시설의 종류 등)

① 법 제30조에 따라 장애인에게 이용요금을 감면할 수 있는 공공시설과 그 감면율은 별표 2와 같다.

② 제1항에 따라 공공시설의 이용요금을 감면받으려는 사람은 법 제32조제1항에 따라 발급받은 장애인등록증(이하 "등록증"이라 한다) 또는 같은 조 제2항에 따라 발급받은 모바일 등록증을 이용하려는 시설의 관리자에게 내보여야 한다. 다만, 시설의 관리자가 법 제32조제8항 또는 이 영 제17조의2에 따라 감면 대상 장애인의 장애인등록정보를 확인한 경우에는 그렇지 않다. <개정 2024.2.6, 2025.12.16>
