장애인복지법 제4조(장애인의 권리)

①장애인은 인간으로서 존엄과 가치를 존중받으며, 그에 걸맞은 대우를 받는다.

②장애인은 국가ㆍ사회의 구성원으로서 정치ㆍ경제ㆍ사회ㆍ문화, 그 밖의 모든 분야의 활동에 참여할 권리를 가진다.

③장애인은 장애인 관련 정책결정과정에 우선적으로 참여할 권리가 있다.
