장애인복지법 제52조(장애인의 재활 및 자립생활의 연구)

①국가와 지방자치단체는 장애인 재활 및 자립생활에 대하여 종합적이고 체계적으로 조사ㆍ연구ㆍ평가하기 위하여 전문 연구기관에 장애예방ㆍ의료ㆍ교육ㆍ직업재활 및 자립생활 등에 관한 연구 과제를 선정하여 의뢰할 수 있다.
