장애인차별금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제25조(위원장의 직무 및 회의)

① 위원장은 심의위원회를 대표하고, 심의위원회의 직무를 총괄한다.

② 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 circumstances,서컴스탠시즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

③ 심의위원회 회의는 법무부장관이 요청할 때 또는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 소집한다.

④ 위원장은 심의위원회 회의의 의장이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 serve서^v브 as애즈 the^ð더 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer오^f퍼서 of어^v브 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberative딜리버^r레이티^v브 Committee.커미티

⑤ 심의위원회 회의는 재적의원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberative딜리버^r레이티^v브 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 by바이 the^ð더 concurring컨커^r링 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 위원장은 긴급을 요하거나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 서면(전자문서를 포함한다)으로 심의하게 할 수 있다.
