장애인차별금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률 제22조(개인정보보호)

①장애인의 개인정보는 반드시 본인의 동의하에 수집되어야 하고, 당해 개인정보에 대한 무단접근이나 오ㆍ남용으로부터 안전하여야 한다.

③장애아동이나 정신장애인 등 본인의 동의를 얻기 어려운 장애인에 있어서 당해 장애인의 개인정보의 수집ㆍ이용ㆍ제공 등에 관련된 동의행위를 대리하는 자는 「민법」의 규정을 준용한다.
