Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Management of Disasters and Safety, Article 12-3 (Composition and Operation of the Central Public-Private Cooperation Committee)

① 법 제12조의2제1항에 따른 중앙안전관리민관협력위원회(이하 "중앙민관협력위원회"라 한다)는 공동위원장 2명을 포함하여 35명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 중앙민관협력위원회의 공동위원장은 행정안전부의 재난안전관리사무를 담당하는 본부장과 제4항에 따라 위촉된 민간위원 중에서 중앙민관협력위원회의 의결을 거쳐 행정안전부장관이 지명하는 사람이 된다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
