① 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제74조의5제1항에 따라 통합관제센터를 설치ㆍ운영하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행하기 위하여 통합관제센터 운영위원회를 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

1. 재난이나 그 밖의 각종 사고의 예방ㆍ대비ㆍ대응에 관한 사항을 포함하는 통합관제센터 운영방침의 수립

② 제1항에 따른 통합관제센터 운영위원회(이하 "통합관제센터 운영위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 통합관제센터 운영위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다.

1. 해당 지방자치단체에서 통합관제센터 운영을 담당하는 부서의 장

2. 해당 지방자치단체 관할지역 내 소방서장 중에서 해당 지방자치단체의 장이 지명하거나 위촉하는 사람 1명

4. 해당 지방자치단체 관할지역 내 교육청 또는 「지방교육자치에 관한 법률」 제34조에 따른 교육지원청에서 영상정보처리기기의 설치ㆍ운영 관련 업무를 담당하는 부서의 장 중에서 해당 지방자치단체의 장이 위촉하는 사람 1명(해당 교육청 또는 교육지원청이 학교에 설치ㆍ운영 중인 영상정보처리기기를 통합관제센터에 연계하는 경우만 해당한다)

가. 주민의 권익 신장을 위하여 활동하는 해당 지방자치단체의 관할지역 내 시민사회단체 또는 소비자단체로부터 추천을 받은 사람

④ 통합관제센터 운영위원회의 위원장은 제3항에 따른 위원 중에서 해당 지방자치단체의 장이 지명하는 사람이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð디 integrated인터그^r레이티드 control컨트^r로울 center센터 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 a어 person퍼슨 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 local로우클 government거^v버먼트 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3).

⑤ 제3항제5호에 따라 위촉된 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

⑥ 통합관제센터 운영위원회의 위원장은 통합관제센터 운영위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

⑦ 통합관제센터 운영위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
