재난 및 안전관리 기본법 제15조(중앙대책본부장의 권한 등)

① 중앙대책본부장은 대규모재난을 효율적으로 수습하기 위하여 관계 재난관리책임기관의 장에게 행정 및 재정상의 조치, 소속 직원의 파견, 그 밖에 필요한 지원을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 관계 재난관리책임기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.8.6>

④ 중앙대책본부장(중앙대책본부가 운영되지 아니하는 재난의 경우에는 행정안전부장관을 말한다)은 재난을 효율적으로 수습하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 또는 제16조제2항에 따른 지역대책본부장이 요청하는 경우에는 관계 재난관리책임기관의 장 및 지원실시기관의 장에게 소속 직원을 제14조의2제3항에 따른 중앙합동재난피해자지원센터 또는 제16조제2항에 따른 지역대책본부에 파견하도록 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 관계 재난관리책임기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 하고, 지원실시기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 협조하여야 한다. <신설 2025.4.1, 2026.1.21>
