재난 및 안전관리 기본법 제9조(중앙안전관리위원회)

① 재난 및 안전관리에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 국무총리 소속으로 중앙안전관리위원회(이하 "중앙위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2014.12.30, 2016.1.7, 2020.6.9, 2022.1.4>

(1) The^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Safety세이^f프티 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Central센트^r럴 Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð더 Prime프^r라임 Minister미너스터 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 disaster디재스터 and앤드 safety세이^f프티 management:매너지먼트

② 중앙위원회의 위원장은 국무총리가 되고, 위원은 대통령령으로 정하는 중앙행정기관 또는 관계 기관ㆍ단체의 장이 된다.

(2) The^ð더 Prime프^r라임 Minister미너스터 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Committee,커미티 and앤드 its잇츠 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 or오 relevant^r렐러^v번트 agencies에이전시즈 and앤드 organizations오거너제이션즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 중앙위원회의 위원장은 중앙위원회를 대표하며, 중앙위원회의 업무를 총괄한다. <신설 2012.2.22>

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Committee커미티 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Committee커미티 and앤드 exercise엑서사이즈 overall오우^v버^r롤 control컨트^r로울 over오우^v버 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

④ 중앙위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 행정안전부장관이 된다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2014.11.19, 2014.12.30, 2017.7.26>

(4) The^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary,세크^r러테^r리 who후 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety.세이^f프티

⑤ 중앙위원회의 위원장이 사고 또는 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 행정안전부장관, 대통령령으로 정하는 중앙행정기관의 장 순으로 위원장의 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

(5) If이^f프 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Committee커미티 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 an앤 accident액서던트 or오 other어^ð더 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reason,^r리즌 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety세이^f프티 and앤드 then^ð덴 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 in인 that^ð댓 order,오더 shall섈 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

⑥ 제5항에 따라 행정안전부장관 등이 중앙위원회 위원장의 직무를 대행할 때에는 행정안전부의 재난안전관리사무를 담당하는 본부장이 중앙위원회 간사의 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2014.11.19, 2014.12.30, 2017.7.26>

(6) When웬 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety세이^f프티 or오 another어너^ð더 person퍼슨 acts액츠 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Committee커미티 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (5), the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 headquarters헤드쿼터즈 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 disaster디재스터 and앤드 safety세이^f프티 management매너지먼트 affairs어^f페어즈 in인 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety세이^f프티 shall섈 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Committee.커미티

⑦ 중앙위원회는 제1항 각 호의 사무가 국가안전보장과 관련된 경우에는 국가안전보장회의와 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.8.6>

⑧ 중앙위원회의 위원장은 그 소관 사무에 관하여 재난관리책임기관의 장이나 관계인에게 자료의 제출, 의견 진술, 그 밖에 필요한 사항에 대하여 협조를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 사람은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <신설 2013.8.6>

⑨ 중앙위원회의 구성과 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2012.2.22, 2013.8.6>
