저작권법 시행령 제13조(도서관등의 복제방지조치 등 필요한 조치)

가. 제12조에 따른 시설(이하 "도서관등"이라 한다)의 이용자가 도서관등의 안에서 열람하는 것 외의 방법으로는 도서등을 이용할 수 없도록 하는 복제방지조치

다. 도서관등의 이용자가 도서관등의 안에서 열람하는 것 외의 방법으로 도서등을 이용하거나 그 내용을 변경한 경우 이를 확인할 수 있는 조치
