저작권법 시행령 제46조의2(기술적 보호조치의 무력화 금지에 대한 예외)

문화체육관광부장관은 법 제104조의2제1항제8호에 따라 기술적 보호조치의 무력화 금지에 대한 예외를 정하여 고시하는 경우에는 미리 저작물등의 이용자를 포함한 이해관계인의 의견을 들은 후 위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.
