Enforcement Decree of the Copyright Act, Article 67-5 (Dismissal of Review Committee Members)

문화체육관광부장관은 심의위원회의 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉할 수 있다.

1. 심신장애로 인하여 직무를 수행할 수 없게 된 경우

1. Where웨어 the^ð더 member멤버 becomes비컴즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 a어 mental멘틀 or오 physical^f피지클 disability;디서빌리티

2. 직무와 관련된 비위(非違) 사실이 있는 경우

4. 제67조의4제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당함에도 불구하고 회피하지 아니한 경우
