전기통신사업법 제32조의21(최적요금제의 고지)

① 전기통신역무의 종류, 사업규모, 이용자 보호 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 전기통신사업자는 이용자의 합리적 선택을 지원하기 위하여 이용자의 전기통신서비스 요금, 이용조건 및 이용행태 등을 분석하여 이용자에게 최적화된 전기통신서비스 요금제(이하 "최적요금제"라 한다)를 알려야 한다.
