전기통신사업법 제69조의2(구내용 이동통신설비의 설치)

① 다음 각 호의 시설에는 구내용 이동통신설비(이동통신서비스를 이용하기 위하여 필요한 전기통신설비를 의미한다)를 설치하여야 한다. <개정 2025.1.21>

② 제1항제1호에 따른 시설 중 대통령령으로 정하는 시설에 대하여 기간통신사업자는 화재, 재난 등이 발생한 경우에도 구내용 이동통신설비가 안정적으로 운용될 수 있도록 건축주의 비상전원단자에 연결하여야 하며, 건축주는 정당한 사유가 없는 한 협조하여야 한다. <신설 2023.7.18>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 설치하여야 하는 구내용 이동통신설비의 종류, 설치기준 및 절차에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2023.7.18>
