Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, Article 15-5 (Grounds for Disqualification of Certified Electronic Document Centers)

① 법 제31조의3제1호 각 목 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 직원"이란 제15조의4제1항제3호 각 목의 시설 및 장비를 직접 관리ㆍ운용하는 인력을 말한다.
