재화등의 배송을 하는 사업자는 법 제9조제1항에 따라 소비자가 분쟁의 발생 사실을 소명하여 요청하는 경우 분쟁해결에 필요한 범위에서 다음 각 호의 사항에 대하여 지체 없이 협조하여야 한다.
