Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 27 (Deadline for Designating Persons in Charge of Juvenile Protection)
법 제42조의3제1항에 따른 청소년보호책임자의 지정은 매년 4월말까지 하여야 한다.
A person in charge of juvenile protection under Article 42-3 (1) of the Act shall be designated by the end of April each year.
