Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 32 (Procedures for Requesting Provision of Information)

① 법 제44조의6제1항에 따라 해당 이용자의 정보제공을 청구하려는 자(이하 "청구인"이라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재한 정보제공청구서를 소명자료와 함께 분쟁조정부에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2026.7.7>
