정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제35조의10(분쟁조정부의 설치ㆍ운영 및 분쟁조정 등)

① 분쟁조정부의 회의는 분쟁조정부의 장이 소집한다. <개정 2026.7.7>

③ 분쟁조정부의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하며 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2026.7.7>

⑤ 분쟁조정부의 회의는 공개하지 않는다. 다만, 필요하다고 인정될 때에는 분쟁조정부의 의결로 당사자 또는 이해관계인에게 방청을 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2026.7.7>
