Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 35-2 (Technical and Managerial Measures, etc. to Prevent Distribution of Illegal Information)

① 법 제44조의7제6항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 자"란 타인의 정보통신서비스를 이용자에게 제공하기 위하여 원본 서버로부터 제공받은 데이터의 사본을 국내에 데이터를 임시적으로 저장하는 서버에 저장하여 전송하는 사업을 하는 자로서 정보통신서비스 부문 전년도(법인인 경우에는 전 사업연도를 말한다) 매출액이 10억원 이상인 자를 말한다. <개정 2026.7.7>
