① 법 제44조의9제1항에 따라 불법촬영물등의 유통을 방지하기 위한 책임자를 지정해야 하는 정보통신서비스 제공자는 다음 각 호의 자로 한다. <개정 2026.7.7>

② 제1항 각 호의 정보통신서비스 제공자(이하 "불법촬영물등 유통방지 책임자 지정의무자"라 한다)는 법 제44조의9제1항에 따른 불법촬영물등(이하 "불법촬영물등"이라 한다)의 유통을 방지하기 위한 책임자(이하 "불법촬영물등 유통방지 책임자"라 한다)를 1명 이상 지정해야 한다.

④ 불법촬영물등 유통방지 책임자는 방송미디어통신위원회가 관련 기관ㆍ단체와 협력하여 실시하는 다음 각 호의 내용을 포함한 2시간 이상의 교육(정보통신망을 이용한 원격교육을 포함한다)을 매년 받아야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
