정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제35조의7(보고서의 공표 방식 등)

① 법 제44조의14제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 접근성이 보장된 방식"이란 대규모 정보통신서비스 제공자의 인터넷 홈페이지(대규모 정보통신서비스 제공자가 인터넷 홈페이지를 운영하지 않는 경우에는 어플리케이션 등 그 밖에 이용자가 쉽게 확인하고 열람할 수 있는 곳을 말한다)에 게시하는 방식을 말한다.

② 법 제44조의14제1항제6호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 법 제44조의12제6항에 따른 자율적인 운영정책에 관한 사항을 말한다.
