정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제48조(정보보호 관리체계 인증의 수수료)

① 제47조제1항에 따라 인증을 신청하는 자는 인터넷진흥원, 정보보호 관리체계 인증기관 또는 정보보호 관리체계 심사기관에 수수료를 납부하여야 한다. <개정 2016.5.31>

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 인증심사에 투입되는 인증심사원의 수, 인증심사에 필요한 일수 등을 고려하여 정보보호 관리체계 인증 수수료 산정을 위한 구체적인 기준을 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
