Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 53-4 (Follow-Up Management of Information Security Management System Certification Bodies and Audit Institutions)
① 정보보호 관리체계 인증기관 및 정보보호 관리체계 심사기관은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 보고서를 매년 1월 31일까지 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.5.31, 2017.7.26>
(1) Information security management system certification bodies and information security management system audit institutions shall submit to the Minister of Science and ICT, by January 31 each year, the following reports according to the following categories:
1. 정보보호 관리체계 인증기관: 전년도 인증실적 보고서
1. Information security management system certification bodies: a report on certification performance in the previous year;
2. 정보보호 관리체계 심사기관: 전년도 인증심사실적 보고서
2. Information security management system audit institutions: a report on certification audit performance in the previous year.
② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제47조의2제1항 각 호에 해당하는지를 확인하기 위하여 필요한 경우 정보보호 관리체계 인증기관 및 정보보호 관리체계 심사기관에 대하여 자료의 제출을 요구하거나 현장실사를 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.5.31, 2017.7.26>
(2) Where necessary to confirm whether an information security management system certification body or an information security management system audit institution falls under any subparagraph of Article 47-2 (1) of the Act, the Minister of Science and ICT may require it to submit materials or conduct an on-site inspection.
