정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제66조의8(구매자정보 제공 요청의 내용 및 절차 등)

① 통신과금서비스이용자는 법 제58조의2제1항 전단에 따라 거래 상대방에게 재화 또는 용역을 구매ㆍ이용한 자의 이름과 생년월일에 대한 정보(이하 "구매자정보"라 한다)의 제공을 요청하는 경우 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재한 구매자정보 제공 요청서(전자문서를 포함한다)를 제출하여야 한다.

② 법 제59조제2항에 따라 분쟁 조정 및 해결 등을 시행하는 기관 또는 단체가 구매자정보 제공 요청을 대행하는 경우에는 제1항의 요청서에 해당 통신과금서비스이용자가 제공 요청 대행에 동의하였음을 확인할 수 있는 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여야 한다.
