정치자금법 제13조(연간 모금ㆍ기부한도액에 관한 특례)
Political Funds Act, Article 13 (Special Cases concerning Annual Fundraising and Donation Limits)
①다음 각 호에 해당하는 후원회는 공직선거가 있는 연도에는 연간 모금ㆍ기부한도액의 2배를 모금ㆍ기부할 수 있다. 같은 연도에 2 이상의 공직선거가 있는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2012.2.29, 2017.6.30, 2024.2.20>
(1) The following supporters' associations may raise and donate twice the annual fundraising and donation limits in a year in which an election for public office is held. The same applies when two or more elections for public office are held in the same year:
1. 대통령선거후보자를 선출한 정당의 중앙당후원회 및 지역구국회의원후원회
1. The supporters' association of the central party of a political party that has selected a candidate for a presidential election, and the supporters' associations of its constituency members of the National Assembly;
2. 임기만료에 의한 국회의원선거후보자를 추천한 정당의 중앙당후원회 및 지역구에 후보자로 등록한 국회의원후원회
2. The supporters' association of the central party of a political party that has nominated candidates for a National Assembly election held because terms of office expire, and the supporters' associations of members of the National Assembly who have registered as candidates in constituencies;
3. 임기만료에 의한 동시지방선거후보자를 추천한 정당의 중앙당후원회, 해당 선거구에 후보자를 추천한 정당의 지역구국회의원후원회 및 지역구에 후보자로 등록한 지방의회의원후원회
3. The supporters' association of the central party of a political party that has nominated candidates for simultaneous local elections held because terms of office expire, the supporters' associations of constituency members of the National Assembly of a political party that has nominated candidates in the constituency concerned, and the supporters' associations of local council members who have registered as candidates in constituencies.
②제1항에서 "공직선거가 있는 연도"라 함은 당해 선거의 선거일이 속하는 연도를 말한다.
(2) In paragraph (1), the term "year in which an election for public office is held" means the year in which election day of the election concerned falls.
