정치자금법 제29조(보조금의 감액)
Political Funds Act, Article 29 (Reduction of Subsidies)
중앙선거관리위원회는 다음 각호의 규정에 따라 당해 금액을 회수하고, 회수가 어려운 때에는 그 이후 당해 정당에 지급할 보조금에서 감액하여 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2006.4.28, 2010.1.25, 2022.2.22>
The National Election Commission may recover the following amounts as provided below and, if recovery is difficult, may reduce the subsidies to be paid to the party concerned thereafter by those amounts:
1. 보조금을 지급받은 정당(정책연구소 및 정당선거사무소를 포함한다)이 보조금에 관한 회계보고를 허위ㆍ누락한 경우에는 허위ㆍ누락에 해당하는 금액의 2배에 상당하는 금액
1. If a political party that received subsidies (including its policy research institute and party election offices) makes a false accounting report on subsidies or omits items from it: an amount equal to twice the amount falsely reported or omitted;
2. 제28조(보조금의 용도제한 등)제1항의 규정에 의한 용도 외의 용도로 사용한 경우에는 그 용도를 위반하여 사용한 보조금의 2배에 상당하는 금액
2. If subsidies are used for purposes other than those under Article 28 (Restrictions on Use of Subsidies, Etc.) (1): an amount equal to twice the subsidies so used;
3. 제28조제2항의 규정에 의한 용도 외의 용도로 사용한 경우에는 용도를 위반한 보조금의 2배에 상당하는 금액
3. If subsidies are used for purposes other than those under Article 28 (2): an amount equal to twice the subsidies so used;
4. 제28조제3항의 규정에 의한 여성추천보조금, 장애인추천보조금 또는 청년추천보조금의 용도 외의 용도로 사용한 경우에는 용도를 위반한 보조금의 2배에 상당하는 금액
4. If subsidies for nominating women, subsidies for nominating persons with disabilities or subsidies for nominating young people are used for purposes other than those under Article 28 (3): an amount equal to twice the subsidies so used;
5. 제40조(회계보고)의 규정을 위반하여 회계보고를 하지 아니한 경우에는 중앙당의 경우 지급한 보조금의 100분의 25에 상당하는 금액, 시ㆍ도당의 경우 중앙당으로부터 지원받은 보조금의 2배에 상당하는 금액
5. If no accounting report is made in violation of Article 40 (Accounting Reports): for a central party, an amount equal to 25/100 of the subsidies paid; for a Si/Do party chapter, an amount equal to twice the subsidies it received from the central party.
