제3조부터 제14조까지에 규정된 범칙행위의 공소시효는 7년이 지나면 완성된다. 다만, 제18조에 따른 행위자가 「특정범죄가중처벌 등에 관한 법률」 제8조의 적용을 받는 경우에는 제18조에 따른 법인에 대한 공소시효는 10년이 지나면 완성된다. <개정 2015.12.29>
