주민등록법 시행령 제24조(전 거주지에서의 공부처리)

전 거주지의 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장이 법 제16조제3항에 따라 주민등록표와 관련 공부(公簿)를 이송하는 경우 전출대상자가 세대원 전원이거나 세대주를 포함한 세대원의 일부일 때에는 세대별 주민등록표에 전출일자를, 주민등록 전출자 명부에 신거주지의 주소와 전출일자를 기록하고, 세대주를 포함하지 아니할 때에는 세대별 주민등록표의 해당자란 및 주민등록 전출자 명부에 신거주지의 주소와 전출일자를, 개인별 주민등록표에 전출일자를 기록하여야 한다.
