주민등록법 시행령 제25조(구술신고)

① 법 제18조에 따라 구술로 신고하려는 경우 특별한 규정이 없으면 주민등록표를 관리하는 읍ㆍ면사무소 또는 동 주민센터에 나가 신고서에 적을 사항을 관계 공무원에게 말하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 구술신고를 받은 관계 공무원은 정하여진 신고서에 그 말한 사항을 적어 이를 신고인에게 읽어 들려주고, 신고인으로 하여금 서명 또는 날인하거나 손도장을 찍도록 해야 한다. <개정 2009.8.13, 2020.10.13>
