주민등록법 시행령 제28조(최고와 공고)

① 법 제20조제2항에 따른 최고는 별지 제21호서식에 따른다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 법 제20조제2항에 따른 최고 사실을 휴대전화에 의한 문자전송 등의 방법으로 신고의무자에게 통보할 수 있다. <신설 2013.12.17>
