주민등록법 시행령 제4조(세대에 속하지 않는 군인의 등록)

법 제6조제2항에 해당하는 군인으로서 어느 세대에도 속하지 않는 군인에 대해서는 그 군인의 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제10조제1항에 따른 등록기준지(이하 "등록기준지"라 한다)의 시장(특별시장ㆍ광역시장은 제외하고, 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사는 포함한다. 이하 같다)ㆍ군수 또는 구청장이 등록해야 한다. <개정 2009.8.13, 2022.7.11>
