주민등록법 제10조의2(재외국민의 신고)

Resident Registration Act, Article 10-2 (Reports by Korean Nationals Residing Abroad)

① 재외국민이 국내에 30일 이상 거주할 목적으로 입국하는 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 해당 거주지를 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 신고하여야 한다.

1. 제10조제1항 각 호의 사항
