1. 특별시장ㆍ광역시장, 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장이 설치하는 노외주차장의 경우: 설치비용의 전부 또는 일부

2. 특별시장ㆍ광역시장, 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장이 아닌 자가 설치하는 노외주차장으로서 주차 용도에 제공하는 면적이 2천제곱미터 이상인 노외주차장의 경우: 설치비용(토지매입비는 제외한다. 이하 같다)의 2분의 1. 다만, 국유지ㆍ공유지의 점용허가를 받아 설치하는 경우에는 설치비용의 3분의 1을 보조할 수 있다.
