Article 4 (Types and Scope of Quasi-Housing)
법 제2조제4호에 따른 준주택의 종류와 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다.
The types and scope of quasi-housing under Article 2, subparagraph 4 of the Act are as follows:
1. 「건축법 시행령」 별표 1 제2호라목에 따른 기숙사
1. Dormitories under item 2 (d) of attached Table 1 to the Enforcement Decree of the Building Act;
2. 「건축법 시행령」 별표 1 제4호거목 및 제15호다목에 따른 다중생활시설
2. Multiple-living facilities under items 4 (u) and 15 (c) of attached Table 1 to the Enforcement Decree of the Building Act;
3. 「건축법 시행령」 별표 1 제11호나목에 따른 노인복지시설 중 「노인복지법」 제32조제1항제3호의 노인복지주택
3. Among the welfare facilities for the elderly under item 11 (b) of attached Table 1 to the Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, welfare housing for the elderly under Article 32 (1) 3 of the Welfare of Senior Citizens Act;
4. 「건축법 시행령」 별표 1 제14호나목2)에 따른 오피스텔
4. Officetels under item 14 (b) 2) of attached Table 1 to the Enforcement Decree of the Building Act.
