주택법 시행령 제44조(주택건설공사의 시공 제한 등)

Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act, Article 44 (Restrictions on Who May Carry Out Housing Construction Work)

① 법 제34조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자"란 「건설산업기본법」 제9조에 따라 건설업(건축공사업 또는 토목건축공사업만 해당한다)의 등록을 한 자를 말한다.
