주택법 시행령 제75조(리모델링의 허가 기준 등)

① 법 제66조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 리모델링 허가기준은 별표 4와 같다.

② 법 제66조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 리모델링 허가를 받으려는 자는 허가신청서에 국토교통부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 한다.

③ 법 제66조제2항에 따라 리모델링에 동의한 소유자는 리모델링주택조합 또는 입주자대표회의가 제2항에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 허가신청서를 제출하기 전까지 서면으로 동의를 철회할 수 있다.
