주택법 제56조의3(입주자자격 정보 제공 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 주택을 공급받으려는 자가 요청하는 경우 주택공급 신청 전에 입주자자격, 주택의 소유 여부, 재당첨 제한 여부, 공급 순위 등에 관한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 정보를 제공하기 위하여 필요한 경우 국토교통부장관은 정보 제공을 요청하는 자 및 배우자, 정보 제공을 요청하는 자 또는 배우자와 세대를 같이하는 세대원에게 개인정보의 수집ㆍ제공 동의를 받아야 한다.
