주택임대차보호법 시행령 제29조(조정부의 구성 및 운영)

① 조정부의 위원은 조정위원 중에서 위원장이 지명한다.

③ 조정부의 운영에 관하여는 제26조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "조정위원회"는 "조정부"로, "위원장"은 "조정부의 장"으로 본다.
