중소기업기본법 제25조의2(중소벤처기업연구원의 설립)

Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises, Article 25-2 (Establishment of the Korea Small Business Institute)

① 정부는 중소기업ㆍ벤처기업(「벤처기업육성에 관한 특별법」 제2조제1항에 따른 벤처기업을 말한다. 이하 같다) 관련 시책의 수립 등에 필요한 조사, 연구, 교육 및 평가를 추진하기 위하여 중소벤처기업연구원(이하 "연구원"이라 한다)을 설립한다. <개정 2024.1.9>

④ 정부는 연구원의 운영 및 사업에 필요한 경비를 예산의 범위에서 출연할 수 있다. <개정 2025.12.30>

⑥ 연구원에 대하여 이 법과 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
