지방세법 시행령 제32조(매각 통보 등)

① 법 제19조에 따른 매각 통보 또는 신고는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 서식에 따라 물건의 소재지를 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 통보하거나 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.12.30, 2017.7.26>

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 제10조의2에 따른 과점주주에 대한 취득세를 부과하기 위하여 관할 세무서장에게 「법인세법 시행령」 제161조제6항에 따른 법인의 주식등변동상황명세서에 관한 자료의 열람을 요청하거나 구체적으로 그 대상을 밝혀 관련 자료를 요청하는 경우에는 관할 세무서장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2016.12.30, 2023.3.14>

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 법 제13조제2항에 따라 취득세를 중과하기 위하여 관할 세무서장에게 「부가가치세법 시행령」 제11조에 따른 법인의 지점 또는 분사무소의 사업자등록신청 관련 자료의 열람을 요청하거나 구체적으로 그 대상을 밝혀 관련 자료를 요청하는 경우에는 관할 세무서장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.6.28, 2016.12.30>
