Enforcement Decree of the Restriction of Special Local Taxation Act, Article 22 (Definition of Academic Organizations)

① 법 제45조제1항 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 학술단체"란 「학술진흥법」 제2조제1호에 따른 학술의 연구ㆍ발표활동 등을 목적으로 하는 법인 또는 단체로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 법인 또는 단체를 말한다. 다만, 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관은 제외한다. <개정 2023.12.29>
