지방세특례제한법 시행령 제35조의5(반환공여구역등에 대한 감면 등)

① 법 제75조의4제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 업종"이란 별표 2에 따른 업종을 말한다. 이 경우 별표 2 제1호부터 제7호까지, 같은 표 제8호가목부터 사목까지 및 같은 표 제9호에 따른 업종은 한국표준산업분류에 따른 업종으로 한다. <개정 2025.12.31>

② 법 제75조의4제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사업장"이란 「중소기업기본법」에 따른 중소기업이 제1항의 업종을 영위하기 위해 신설(기존 사업장을 이전하는 경우를 포함한다)하는 사업장을 말한다. 이 경우 기존 사업장을 이전하여 설치하는 사업장은 수도권(「주한미군 공여구역주변지역 등 지원 특별법」 제2조에 따른 반환공여구역 및 반환공여구역주변지역은 제외한다)에서 이전하는 사업장으로 한정한다. <개정 2025.12.31>
