지방자치법 제72조(의사정족수)

① 지방의회는 재적의원 3분의 1 이상의 출석으로 개의(開議)한다.

② 회의 참석 인원이 제1항의 정족수에 미치지 못할 때에는 지방의회의 의장은 회의를 중지하거나 산회(散會)를 선포한다.
