지방자치법 제81조(위원회에서 폐기된 의안)

① 위원회에서 본회의에 부칠 필요가 없다고 결정된 의안은 본회의에 부칠 수 없다. 다만, 위원회의 결정이 본회의에 보고된 날부터 폐회나 휴회 중의 기간을 제외한 7일 이내에 지방의회의 의장이나 재적의원 3분의 1 이상이 요구하면 그 의안을 본회의에 부쳐야 한다.

② 제1항 단서의 요구가 없으면 그 의안은 폐기된다.
