Local Autonomy Act, Article 86 (Non-Acceptance of Petitions)
재판에 간섭하거나 법령에 위배되는 내용의 청원은 수리하지 아니한다.
A petition that interferes with a trial or whose contents violate statutes and regulations shall not be accepted.
