직업안정법 시행령 제13조(구인ㆍ구직의 개척)

①직업안정기관의 장은 관할지역안의 사업장 방문, 전화연락, 신문등을 통한 구인ㆍ구직알선의 광고, 사업주간담회참석등을 통하여 구인을 개척하여야 한다.

②직업안정기관의 장은 특별자치도ㆍ시ㆍ군ㆍ구(자치구를 말한다. 이하 같다) 및 학교 등과 협력하여 취업 희망자를 파악하고 취업설명회 등을 개최하며, 직업안정기관의 이용을 홍보하는 등 적극적으로 구직을 개척하여야 한다. <개정 1999.5.27, 2009.12.31>
