직업안정법 제12조(광역 직업소개)

직업안정기관의 장은 통근할 수 있는 지역에서 구직자에게 그 희망과 능력에 알맞은 직업을 소개할 수 없을 경우 또는 구인자가 희망하는 구직자나 구인 인원을 채울 수 없을 경우에는 광범위한 지역에 걸쳐 직업소개를 할 수 있다.
