직업안정법 제13조(훈련기관 알선)

직업안정기관의 장은 구직자의 취업을 위하여 직업능력개발훈련을 받는 것이 필요하다고 인정되면 구직자가 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법」에 따른 직업능력개발훈련시설 등에서 직업능력개발훈련을 받도록 알선할 수 있다. <개정 2021.8.17>
